Property Surveys and Risk Assessments
Asbestos Property Surveys and Risk Assessments are carried out by BIOH certificated Surveyors in compliance with Health and Safety Guidance. Note. HSE 264 “Asbestos” The survey guide and HSE approved of practice and guidance, “The Management of Asbestos In Non Domestic Premises Regulation for the control of Asbestos Regulations.

Bulk Samples
Laboratory Analysis of Bulk Samples is carried out by United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) accredited Laboratories in compliance with Health and Safety Guidance Note 248

Specialist Asbestos Removal and Safe Disposal
As an H.S.E Licensed Asbestos Removal Contractor, we ensure that all Specialist Asbestos Removal work is carried out in compliance with “Control of Asbestos at Work Regulations” (CAWR) 2012 and British Institute of Occupational Health (BIOH) 405 “Management of Asbestos in Building”.

Safe Disposal
Disposal of all hazardous materials is carried out in compliance with SEPA Regulations “The Special Waste Regulations 1996”.
